Chimichurri came into our care from a large ‘accidental’ breeding case, along with 9 other hamsters.
Chimichurri is very active and loves her wheels and sandbath. She needs a home with lots of enrichment and seed sprays as she loves foraging and digging, with plenty of hidey places whilst she builds her confidence.
She will come and sniff you and have a look at you, but you have to like late nights!
Minimum housing requirements:
100x50cm minimum enclosure size, with at least 6 inches of suitable substrate for burrowing, a minimum 20cm diameter wheel, large sand bath, multichamber hide and lots of enrichment.
