Artemis & Apollo are a bonded pair of neutered boys looking for their forever home together. They are typical chinchillas who don’t enjoy being handled, but are very nosey and food driven.
Artemis is the more confident of the pair and happily comes up to the cage door to see what you’re up to while Apollo prefers to keep watch from a little distance. They love snoozing in their fleece cube hammock together and having lots of platforms to bounce around on.
Both boys have been health checked and neutered by our exotic vets.
Minimum housing requirements: Liberta Explorer (or cages of the same size – 93cm w x 63cm l x 123cm h without stand).
Ideally we would like to see chinchillas housed in large DIY enclosures with at least 1mx1mx1.5m space or a chinchilla-safe room!
Adoption fee: Minimum donation of £100 for the pair (each boy cost us £135 to neuter!)
