Species: Fancy mice
Sex: Male – neutered
Approx DOB: Guesstimate 6 months
Arrived: 11/06/2025
Status: Available for adoption
These boys came to us as part of a group of 42 mice who had been living in unsuitable conditions as a mixed sex group. We have had these guys neutered so they can live safely with other neutered boys or with females.
They can be adopted as a trio or in pairs to join other mice (they are currently living with a larger group of neutered males who are not yet all ready for adoption, so rest assured one won’t be left alone!).
Health: Many of the mice suffered with skin and respiratory conditions. These boys have not had any major skin issues, but all have had a course of antibiotics for mild upper respiratory infections.
– Beeblebrox – no current/ongoing issues.
– Jake – had a small lump thought to be an enlarged lymph node on his neck, treated with anti-inflammatories and has now disappeared. Has a teeny tiny spot of dry skin on his back, not worsening or causing any problems.
– Salty Joe – Joe’s URI was a bit more stubborn and he needed two courses of antibiotics. He is well, but may be a tiny bit clicky long-term. He messed with his neuter wounds and has a little fatty lump in the area, causing no issues.
Adopters should be aware that these mice have come from a much less than ideal background where mice were breeding indiscriminately, and while they are currently in good health, we can make no guarantees about their long-term health. They are, however, absolutely adorable and a delight to watch and care for, and really deserve wonderful homes after their awful start to life.
Minimum housing requirements:
3-4 mice= 80x50cm
5 – 9 mice = 100cm x 50cm
10+ mice = 100x60cm +
Adoption fee: Minimum donation of £40 for the first mouse +£20 for each additional mouse. Boys cost us on average £100 to neuter.
Please read our mouse advice pages prior to applying to adopt.
