Foraging Walks

SKU: N/A Categories: ,

Back by popular demand! Join us for a guided foraging walk around one of Manchester’s largest green spaces to learn how to identify a range of safe and beneficial wild plants for your rodent and rabbit friends.

Our walks are led by our resident foraging nerd Ben, who has completed the Botanical Society of Britain & Ireland’s Identiplant course and holds a degree in Environmental Biology, along with Suzi who runs the rescue and has a degree in Zoology and Masters in Conservation Biology and can tell you which plants usually go down best with which species!

Each walk lasts around 1-1.5 hours and you’ll go home with a variety of tasty plants to let your animal pals try. They’re a great opportunity to get out in nature and meet some likeminded people, as well as learning a new skill!

Well-behaved, dog-friendly dogs on leads are welcome 🙂
